2010 Board Meeting Schedule

The Cedar Village Board of Trustees 2007 meeting schedule is as follows: 

September 13, October 11, November 15, and December 13 (budget). 

All meetings are held in the clubhouse ballroom at 7:00PM.  We welcome your comments and encourage you to attend the Board meetings, as often as possible, ****Please contact Management prior to the meeting to confirm the date as the dates are subject to change.***

Please note, On September 3^rd the Pool WILL NOT OPEN until 3:30 pm.  The lifeguards have to go back to school and will open the pool right after they are done for the day at school.

GOOD NEWS …We are pleased to announce that the Pool will be open for  two extra WEEKENDS;  September 11^th  -12^th  and September 18^th -19^th .  The pool will not be open during the week after Labor Day,  September 6^th.

Should be displayed on your house and/or mailbox.  This is very important if an emergency vehicle needs to find your house in the event of an emergency.

Speaking of  MAILBOXES … Please remember all homeowners should maintain and secure their mailbox posts throughout the year.  The Association nor the Contractor cannot be held responsible for damages

Be sure to store your garbage pails, inside your garage.  The pails are not to be left outside anywhere on your property.  Thank you for your cooperation!!!

    TREES          

Please remember to trim your trees (in the lawn area they should be trimmed up to at least  5’ high so the limbs do not hit the landscaping crew when they are on the mowers).  Trees over sidewalks should be trimmed higher or branches trimmed back.  Any tree on your individual lot is a homeowner responsibility to maintain.  Please take care of this as soon as possible by   any tree service that you choose.  Thank you for your cooperation.

 !!  ATTENTION BOAT OWNERS !!!

Please contact the management office for an application to renew and/or reserve your spot in the RV lot.  All RV applications are only good for one year, beginning October 1st!  So remember to come in and renew your application if it is already on file.  Please provide, in writing, the size of your boat with your name and phone number and your current insurance information.  Thank you!

    Maintenance Fee Payment

Please note that all payments must be mailed to the address on your coupon.  Unfortunately, Management is not permitted to take any payments in the office. 

The Wentworth Group offers a free service called Direct Debit – the Management Company will withdraw the monthly payment from the account of your choice on the 3rd business day of every month.  No more writing checks! No more late fees!   

If you would like to sign up for direct debt, the applications are located in the Clubhouse, on the wall to the left of the Management office.  Sign up today!
